We are committed to treating every patient in the same manner as we would treat our own family members, providing high quality, pain-free dental care.
Our Philosophy
Do you ever dream of having a painless dental experience?
We believe that everyone deserves to have a pain-free dental experience every time. At Gentle Family Dentistry, Dr. Jim, Dr. Mary and Dr. James are well-known for their gentle, pain-free care. They have become known as “Lincoln’s Gentle Dentists.”
We recognize that many adults delay dental care that they need due to fear and anxiety. For some, it is even terrifying to think about going to the dentist. Perhaps it may be because of a bad past experience or it could be just the fear of the unknown. Regardless of the cause, we are confident that we can make your next dental visit not only painless, but even positive.
With over 30 years of experience at Gentle Family Dentistry, we have applied ourselves to mastering techniques that will insure your visit to be comfortable and painless. First and foremost, we have concern and compassion for our patients. We understand the fear that patients harbor inside and will do whatever it takes to help overcome that fear. Many patients fear having a painful numbing experience. With the right techniques Dr. Jim, Dr. Mary and Dr. James can assure patients that numbing their teeth will be pain-free. Many times children do not even realize that they have had their teeth numb!
But even with a pain-free experience, we know that some adults still struggle with fear and anxiety, even just calling the office! To help overcome that, we offer oral sedation to our patients. It is as simple as taking a pill before your appointment and having your anxiety melt away. We want you to be comfortable. Feel free to call and visit us so we can discuss how to best help you. We will listen.
